Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

    • We do not issue refunds if you change your mind about a subscription, video, photo after purchase.
  • Lack of Preference

    • Refunds will not be issued if you do not ‘like’ the subscription, video, photo after purchase without a specific reason.
  • Feature Expectation

    • Refunds will not be issued if you expected a functionality or feature to be available in the service, but it is not provided.
  • Wrong Subscription Purchase

    • Refunds will not be issued if you mistakenly bought the wrong subscription, video, photo or service
  • Usage Difficulty

    • Refunds will not be issued if you find it difficult to understand how to use the services.
  • Unauthorized Transactions

    • If you believe that a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue but refund is not possible in this case
